There will be something called essential resources. These are resources that are vital for the modern living of the citizens. For example, electricity is an essential resource. All essential resources must be affordable for a person living at 150% of poverty. This means that electricity must be affordable to most households. Other essentials resources includes roads, water/sewage, trash collection, communications, and a bit more. Since most businesses are out trying to make a profit, most businesses will not want to have to abide to the affordable rates, even if they were a monopoly. With this in mind, there will be government owned businesses. These businesses aren’t trying to make a profit, but just wants to be able to operate on day to day activities. A number of businesses will have a description under this section, and as needed – an expanded site just for that business will be in place.
