Government

There is no point in having my own country if I will be just voted out of power because I lost a popularity contest. With that said, the nation will be a monarchy. I will have over reaching power, and make very signifiant decisions. Obviously, I will be a considerate ruler as I will take into consideration of the needs of the people, and how they need to receive resources, and benefits. This is why there will be programs such as GBI (Guaranteed Basic Income), and free (for citizens) healthcare. With that said, I will be the power that will make decisions of the various laws in place. I will have a cabinet, but rather than choosing family and friends for such roles, I will choose experts. A farmer will be the minister of agriculture. An engineer will be the Minister of Infrastructure. I am sure you get the idea. While this may seem authoritarian (and to some degree it is), anyone that would be given the opportunity to have their own country will likely choose the same system of government considering they will want to be the ruler of their country.

Unless there is a need to provide for a law immediately, all new laws will take place on January 1. There will be 2 websites that would display the available laws in the nation. This will be done by using a Wikipedia platform. https://law.ka will be the laymen’s version of the law providing the language of the law in an easy to read and understand format. https://laws.ka will be the actual law. This will be the legal definitions, and in a way where the courts will understand the laws in its intent.

Since I am not an expert in everything, I will defer to my cabinet of any consequences on the laws that might get passed. Everything will have to comply with NSC standards which is designed to make the nation efficient, and going forward rather than relying on what is obsolete and therefore holding the nation back.

Local laws can also be added on, but when local and national laws conflict, then the national laws takes precedence. All with exception of supreme courts, judges are elected into office by the people. Who am I to decide the moral standards of a local community.
