Guaranteed Resources

Every citizen will be provided with a GBI which is at most 85% of poverty. This is not designed to be a handout, but a hand up. It is also a means for a disabled or elderly person to live with some dignity, and respect. Even though 85% of poverty is not really enough, those that have GBI as their only income will find that they will definitely qualify for other resources which will be discussed in the HHS Website. GBI is guaranteed to everyone whether they need it or not. Someone with no other income will qualify just as well as someone making $1,000,000 per year. As the name implies, GBI is guaranteed.

Next, there is Health 1 which is the single payer healthcare system in the nation. Every citizen is guaranteed to quality healthcare no matter the resources they will have. There are no insurance plans, packages, out of network or any other complicated issue that will likely fall on some other health care networks. Non-Citizen will be allowed to pay into the system, but there is no other health insurance company in the nation. Health 1 will cover Class 1-3 drugs with the only ones not covered including medicines that are not medically necessary such as ED medicine, hair growth medicine, or anything that can be purchased over the counter (such as Tylenol). For those, you would have to pay out of pocket for.

Non-citizens do not receive GBI, and will have to pay into the Health 1 network. A citizen is anyone that was a citizen of the previous state, and anyone born of 1 citizen parent. Surrogate parents (even citizens) do not qualify, but the legal parents are the ones that would qualify. This will mean that either the egg donor and/or sperm donor must be a citizen. Obviously, illegal aliens will not receive any of the above resources since they shouldn’t be in the nation in the first place.
